What does it mean?? In the upper right of everyone's post. I have searched FAQ, USER CP, everything and can't find a thing on it???

it just add to their rep- a compliment. not sure if it bumps up your title -i.e. smokeblower,etc.

It means you did good and someone added a point to your reputation as a smoker, teacher, recipe whatever you posted. Sometimes we leave a comment about whatever it was and it's listed on the bottom of the page for your "User CP." I don't REALL understand the explaination about how many points are given but you get points. Congrats!
