Hey guys!
Have an 8 lb. Boston butt that was smoked last Saturday and was frozen. Planning on eating it this Saturday, but want to make sure that it's reheated properly... Any suggestions?
Thanks!

What did you freeze it in?

If in a bags that'll handle it, place into a pot of boiling water.
If it's all in one big frozen "chunk" try a crock pot or into a pan into a 200* oven. But I'd also suggest that it sits in the fridge for a day or so to thaw out before you reheat.

Like He said ^^^^ the ude is right again. If they are in a baggie the boiling water is fine. But if it a chunk of meat you can crock pot it or I have found a pasta pot with a steamer tray works really really good to re-heat hunks of meat and it would dry out the meat either.
