Hi all,
I am smoking two butts for a company picnic on Friday, sadly today is the only day I have the time to cook them. So come Friday they are going to have to be reheated and I have a couple questions on this:
1. Is it better to pull the pork now while it's freshly cooked or should I wait until after the reheat?
2. What is the best way to reheat? I assume it will be in the oven but should it be at a low heat or will a higher heat for quicker warming be ok?
Thanks for any info you can offer.
