I reheated some brisket slices the other day on the traeger and it was GOOD! All I did was take the slices out of the fridge, warm up the smoker to about 275, put the slices on and spritz w/cider vinegar, worchest sauce, beer and water(have no clue on ratios), and sprinkled some rub on them. Flip after it looks about right(warmed to hot) and did it again. I made sure they stayed moist w/spritz and got them good and hot, hoping to add a tad more smoke........don't know if I did.
Turned out really good. I was impressed. You get to taste more of the rub so watch how much rub you put on. My rub has no salt, I add it first then put my rub on, works really good on small cuts or thin cuts. Think cuts like brisket and b.butt doesn't really matter, IMHO.
Thought the traeger people, the few anyway, would like to know and all you other traeger wanna-be's.
Did I say that out loud?
Hope this helps someone, if not then
