I'm 4 hours into my Pork Loin smoke and it just came a monsoon!

Dropped my heat down to 200 deg. Hopefully it won't last long.

I'm smoking a flat tomorrow, but preparing today.

Rain in the forecast, so I'm putting up my EZ-UP and tying it down.

Best $150 I ever spent

i heard that!

I just moved to the front yard.

I have a canopy in the back but it is made of shadecloth and I'm afraid to smoke under it.

Ya'll sent some of that rain my way. We got 1/4 inch last night but are still in a sever drought. This week the put the kebash on burning AND fireworks.

Good luck on your cook outs this weekend! :D

I really hated to complain about the rain because were in a drought. It just shouldn't rain when i'm cooking!!!
