Rad guy from Miami, FL

Hey folks! My name is Rad, and am I Cuban from Miami, FL (shocking, I know). Anyway, the wife got me a Brinkmann Gourmet Electric Smoker for my birthday last year. I found Jeff's weekly newsletter and started following some of his recipes. So far I've only smoked pork (baby back ribs, a shoulder for pulled pork, and some country style ribs). I still have a lot to learn, but I'm addicted to smoking. I'm looking forward to hearing the wisdom and guidance from the seasoned veterans around here.

Welcome to the group Rad!  You've found a great place to share ideas on smoking, grilling, curing, etc.  There are plenty of friendly folks here who really know their stuff and genuinely enjoy helping each other.  Looking forward to your input here, and just ask when you need anything...someone will surely have the answer.
