Question on snack sticks

Do you guys (and gals) see a problem putting the stuffed sticks in a dehydrator starting at around 130 for a couple of hours before going into the smoker at 150? The lowest my Rec Tec will go is 150. Thanks for the help.
 
You may have case hardening from the fan and less smoke penetration during the smoking process in the rec tec but you can do it..... just be sure your using cure and finish with an internal temp of 160

Boykjo said every thing from a safety stand point..

But I've read tips online if you have a batch that ends up with to much liquid to do this. So I think it's an alright idea.
