pulled pork

  1. smoked 2 nice butts all night and stuck in the cooler for 2 hours to rest, pulled and they came out great, but the company just called and said they would be a couple hours late getting here to eat. whats the best way to keep the pulled pork ready to eat later ? foil and put in warm oven? appreciate any insight.

    If it's pulled and in a tray I place mine in a warm oven covered with foil and I aslo ad some of the finishing sauce ..

    Happy to be of some help.. I pulled pork in the morning once and kept it warm in the oven for hours .. just make sure it dosen't dry out ..
