Pulled pork with view.

Here's some pulled pork that we did. It was a 7.5 lb shoulder that went on early this morning and I just pulled it after a one hour rest. Total time including rest was 13 hours 12 on the uds.







Sorry there's no before pics, I started pulled that sucker a part before I thought about pics................man I'm hungry.

That looks great.Man, I only had apple pancakes for dinner, but i did make the italian sausage.7 pound butts seem to take me 12 hours consistently as well,unfoiled.
