Smoked a pork roast for 8 hours at 275 using maple. Had to go on time as remote thermometer started misbehaving early on. Worked! Tasty and pull able.

Put on cheddar cheese and slice of tomato. All in a cheese bun. That's good eating!

Can also probe it for doneness if therm is misbehaving. Pork looks great. Nice job!
