So I had some left over pork from a butt I did for a co-worker yesterday, so I made my first batch of pulled pork hash. Nothing complicated, just some left over pork, frozen hash browns, diced onion, chili powder, garlic powder, ancho chili powder and black pepper. Fried it up nice and crisp and topped it hickory smoked cheddar cheese, then two eggs over easy with some dried chives on them.
