I havent been visiting this site since the crash a few months ago.but got charged again for another year of p.m.s.yet it doesnt even show up on my logo any more If any one can help get my money back and the auto renewl stoped on my credit card it would be greatly appreciated. thanks bill

I would PM Jeff your concerns, it is more private and with my experiences in the past he has been good about taking care of members wishes.

Same happened with me and I do not care for the funds being taken out annually without my prior knowledge; I prefer to authorize the transaction. Jeff straightened out my situation to my satisifaction.

I had a similar problem with a reefcentral.com. If you use paypal and want to make a decision year to year on your subscriptions you need to delete them out or you will automatically renew each year. It is actually setup in PayPal and not the websites themselves.
