Okay.......finally got around to dl'ing, editing, and posting Sundays smoke.
SmokeBuzz came down and brought wings, bacon for the abts, barley pop, magic dust(which we had just made some up also), and finally, the goose breasts he has been promising (

First off, this will have to be a double post, as i have more than 10 pictures to post.....yeah, it was that big of a meal.
Okay, Round 1
Started off with abts. We just boat em, to make sure all the ribs and seeds gets removed. Then just str8 creme cheese, with some cayenne added. Yeah, I know.......remove the ribs and seeds, and then add cayenne. Least this way we can control the amount of heat. We also just fry em up a little, so we know the bacon WILL crisp up
250 for about 1.5, maybe less. Buss likes em abit crunchy, but we took em till bacon was nice and crispery, if that is a word. LOLOL
Buzz's wings were FANTASTIC. He brined em, but not sure how long, he did this at home, and brought em down. Not long, if i remember right. And i don't know what he used as a brine. He then rubbed em with magic dust
Had two racks of em, boy am i glad i did that mod, and added supports for another rack.
Buzz used his secret glaze. Wouldn't even tell us, but man, I can see how he won some competions with it. YUM
