Posole with pulled pork

Got a hankerin for some Posole since I had some pulled pork on hand ...

Onion, red & green chili's

i had to look up the name " Posole " it looks good before I looked it up. And now it sounds even better.

That will warm up the tummy. Very nice

I have been working outside for the last 3 weeks , and the weather has been shi**y and cold.
So big batch of spicy chili for me today. Hope it heats me up as well as I bet your Posole did .
