pork shoulder roast

    don't ask me why but the pics came out backwards- 1) in the pan ,2) on the pit, 3) 1 hr on w/ a crust ,4)3 hrs on,5)5 hrs & counting.,6) an hour in the oven @220 w/ pear slices (sprtitzed w/ rose wine & pear juice the whole time & 7) on the platter w/ the dogs i think( the kid will only eat dogs)i tried to slice it but it all just fell apart- oops or not... lol http://s178.photobucket.com/albums/w247/gypsyseagod/

    p.s. notice the pink meat w/ the glazed pear....this coming sunday cook will blow this out of the water - ribs, grilled corn ,home grown g. beans, tater salad, & nascar.. whoohoo.. btw the leftovers from this are going into a big pot of real texas carne guisada- em me for the best recipe ya ever ate...
