I saw a pork roll on here the other day (sorry don’t remember who did it). But it looked dam good so I set a chunk out to thaw. I got this pork loin (about 3 lbs) opened up and spread cream cheese and browned onion and seasoned up, then rolled and tied. I’m bowhunting tonight so not smoking it, so it will either be in the oven or on pellet grill.
What would you do with it?? Thanks for your time!
