So my doctor was giving me the business the other day regarding my LDLs. Ya, well I'll show him!

Salt, fresh ground peppercorn melange and garlic powder, then into the pool til later this evening. Going to make a simple teriyaki sauce and bun it up with some lettuce and pickled onions with some simple slaw on the side. Catch ya later, or maybe tomorrow.

Ok, instead of teriyaki I remember I had just bought this. Caught my eye in the store and oh boy is it good.

Shredded up the belly, toasted buns with butter lettuce, some dukes and a good drizzling of the sauce.

That sauce sounds good also. Have to see if I can find that. I love Soya Sauce , so that is up my ally

Thank you, David! The sauce, for my taste is quite nice. Sweet, spicy (kinda maybe almost spicy if you're a sissy) salty and savory along the way.

Thank you, Chris! Pork belly sammiches in the sous vide were a thing I had to do. Fantastic you say?? It's a fat sandwich!!
