Polish Sausage and a butt.

    Hey guys. Been awhile since I posted but I didn't want you to thing I quit. I recently moved into a house with room mates and as luck would have it one of them was Polish and loved to make Polish Sausage. So of course I had to give it a try. We used two pork butts, 4 slabs of pork belly, 4 pounds of ground beef, salt, pepper, minced garlic and water. Mixed it all up and got this,

    We put it into the stuffer...

    Me with some sausages ready for the smoker.

    Andy, my Polish house mate at the smoker with the Sausages.

    Me with the Sausages and the pork butt I was smoking at the same time.

    The finished product. Man were they good!! Butt is still smoking and I have trimmed up Kansas City Ribs to go on later as well!!

    Now those links look great and all but next time try using some hooks and then you can use the top shelf to hook them on

    Thats what I did on my vault 24"

    bYes, hooks would be nice but we had to adlib at the last moment.
    Where did you get the hooks from?
