went to wally world today & got a rack of pork spares @2.44lb(11.40),a 7.7lb.bone in pork shoulder 1.08 per lb.($8.40),3 jd's for fatties@ $2.78 ea., and a pack of johnsonville brats for $2.58. plus i have a 4lb chub of bologna to make a super fatty. guess i better get to rubbing & marinating tonight.tomorrow looks to be a busy smoke filled day. pics & progress as usual.
