Founded some aged beef back ribs at WD today. $1.69 a lb. I was planning on doing some up that I have in the freezer this coming weekend. They need to be done, but was wondering if I should do the aged ones first or could I vacuum seal and use the aged ones later?

Of course, I could do them all. LOL

If the ones already in the freezer are vacuum sealed I'd just do the aged ones this week and the frozen ones next week

That's what i was thinking. Aged beef hangs in the locker for months. Lobel's has aged beef. Aged beef costs way more than 1.69. I think i'm thinking of something diff than you. But anyhooooo smoke'm all.
