Hey ya'll!  My name is Phil.  I live in North Carolina with my wife and daughter.  I have other kids and their families who are scattered around us.  I am VERY new to the smokehouse technique.  We are raising some pigs for butchering this fall/winter for our families and other needy families in our community.  As we are learning the work of raising pigs, the idea of a smokehouse seemed really big until I started reading some of your questions and answers. Ya'll make is seem so easy!  Just reading what you all are doing makes me think that I can do it.  I really want to give it my all and build a cold smoker.  I am going to need a smoker that will hold four pigs (about 300 lbs each).  Would anyone have any ideas or plans about the size of a smoker that I need.  I would really appreciate all of the advice that you could give.  Thanks for reading, Phil
