I prefer charcoal/wood but the wife was getting Hangry. It's just the two of us and have multiple options in small grills. With the Pit Boss Tabletop I can be grilling in minutes "at the push of a button". I was at 135° internal before she prepared her favorite side dish, herb roasted red potatoes with ranch-sour cream sauce. She called dibs on the tenderloin I called dibs on the bone.
