My wife just came up with this tonight and it turned out great! 1 Bunch of asparagus 1 sheet of puff pastry cut to .5" strips prosciutto split in half lengthwise (not sure how many slices you'll need...Just play it by ear) Parmesan cheese (I'm spoiled, I buy fresh blocks) Shredded. Preheat oven to 400* Blanch the asparagus Take bundles of 2 or 3 asparagus and wrap in a strip of prosciutto, then wrap with puff pastry. Place all bundles on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper and shred parmesan cheese all over them. Bake til golden brown and delicious.
