I make the kabobs alot with diff. meats cheeses and veggis than pour italian dressing over them and then let them chill in the fridge, but the next time i smoke a turkey Im going to save a hunk of the breast meat and freeze it Than the next time I make em Ill use the smoked turkey breast, marinated artichoke would tast good too.
