Ok...so I did it again!!!Pics..

    Yes.......the famous Italian Beef Sammiches.
    I used a beautiful 6 lb rumb roast the butcher cut special.....the normal Italian spices.........a freshly cut lemon.......and smoked it a few hrs at 220 until the tempt got to 150 internal.......made a nice mix of purple onion, green peppers and mushrooms in butter on the stove. The mushrooms were an awesome addition to the mix. YUMMY!! A mound of mozz cheese ........pepperoncinis.........dipped in some wonderful beef sauce and I'm gettin ready to grub'm again tonight!!!!

    I fugure if I'm gonna make'm & eat'm, I might as well put up some pics for ya!

    Some of the best pics I've seen for some time now. All it's miss'n is .............well, let's just say I'd get remarried if it had some "x-tras"!

    Love'n it....................just love'n it. Those are pics I'd hide from my wife, almost "obscene", if ya know what I mean.

    Great job Gypc. My first "vote", as I am inspired.

  10. Wow that looks great! I am going to have to give that a wirl. Makes the brisket and catfish that are in the smoke now pail in comparison.

    thyme, oregano, basil, marjoram, rosemary, garlic powder, ground pepper....stuff like that!

    Gypc,

    So about how long did the 6lber take. I am doing a 3lber on sunday and am trying to estimate.
