I've used silicon, and the fiberglass looking rope gaskets, but I'm really interested in trying the stainless steel braided looking gasket like what's on my kitchen stove.

I would think it would be very durable, and I like the way it's hollow and goes very flat, ....to me, this would mean that I would not need to off set the doors to allow for gasket material.

Anyway, if anyone has found something that has worked well, please mention what you have used, and where you got it.
