Hi all!

I've recently invested in a true smoker, the Brinkmann cylinder Smoker/Grill, before that I had experimented with smoking on my regular barrel grill.   I'm very much a beginner so I'm open to any and all advice from you seasoned pros out there.

Mostly plan to smoke ribs and whole chickens to start, but look forward to enjoying as much as I can.  Will most likely upgrade to a better smoker once I get more familiar with the art of smokin' meats.

Glad to be aboard here!

Cheers!
