Not Buffalo wings,

Every now and then a whim hits. I need some sticky gooey BBQ chicken. my gooey chicken of choice is wings.
We make wings in the air fryer a lot, but those are just tossed in a buffalo sauce. I use my little Smokey Joe for these. They are a pain in the backside to mop and flip continuously. The result is a sicky messy concoction made with SBR Honey Chipotle sauce. I lose points for sloppy plating , but after all that flipping I was fungry.

Maybe think about the dip -n- flip . A pig tail flipper comes in handy either way .

This also works great. I just put them in a bowl and pour little sauce than flip them around.

Looks great, I have several pigtails of different sizes, I am thinking legs now for some reason and I never just cook legs, a spicey sweet pile of legs may happen now.

We cook BBQ chicken a lot! Sloppy, messy, awesome chicken. I have to clean my grills more often because of it. Been cooking chicken like this since I was a kid! YUM!
