First of all I would like thank Jeff and all contributors for this great forum. Amount of "smoking"
knowledge here in unbelievable. I live in Canada, on the north shore of Lake Ontario, just east of
Toronto. My "smoking" adventure started sometime ago. At first very small, and I mean very small.
This is my first smoker – Sidekick, with home made cold smoking attachement. I still use it
from time to time.
After finding this forum I've realized that I know nothing about smoking. After every visit here my
"addiction" become stronger and stronger. From now on everything went very fast, like an avalanche. I get bigger smoker, nothing special, but works well.
After trying dry rub recipe from Jeff
, and the piece of metal from Todd
, I'm hooked forever
