That's me.. I live just outside of Lincoln Nebraska (go huskers!). I bought an acerage just so I could do things like smoking meats without neighbors complaining or what have you (our neighborhood association was a cult led by a nazi). So, anyways, if you read my first post, you know just how much of a noob I am. After my dog refused to eat my first failed attempts at pork butt, I made some modifications to my smoker and produced a product humanly edible with the 3rd try.. I'll keep reading and have started the ecourse. Hopefully my 4th try, this weekend, will show progress!
