Hello!

I stumbled onto this forum via an Internet search and ended up reading for about 3 hours straight. This place is a treasure trove of information!

I have been grilling for a long time, but finally purchased my first smoker last weekend. I look forward to breaking it in this weekend.

Once again, great site! I know I’ll eventually have some questions for you.

Jerry

Hi Jerry, and welcome to the SMF. Congrats on your new smoker, what type ia it? It's all good my friend.

Thanks Chipotle Dude.

The smoker is a Horizon 16" classic. I've had my eye on it for about 6 months and finally purchased it last weekend.

Can't wait!
