Did up 3 racks of baby backs yesterday on the woodwind 24 with apple /hickory mix. Mustard binder, rub top and bottom. No wrap, just straight through cook at 225 for 4 hours. Sauced and smashed...
Nice old school ribs BED. I'd chow down on some of those.
