Healthy No Salt Sausage
This can be either browned as loose meat or shaped into patties.

- 3/4 pound ground meat (originally pork, but turkey works great)
- 1 tablespoon dried parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon rubbed sage
- 1/4 teaspoon fennel seeds
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon ground thyme
