Ok I wasnt seeing it and some of the others so I switched to hybrid modes now I see all of them.

one more ? on the member list I have noticed avatars by some of the members name. How do you get them to show up in the list.

I don't know Marvin, but I just checked and "The General" is displayed by your name.:)
