I just started to smoke meats with good results and glad to find this forum. I am using a MES and am  very happy with it. Hoping to find good insight and recipes for sure.

Thanks Gary, I've been reading the recipe forum and completely over whelmed for sure and the tasty recipes are  all inviting to say the least. Heaven forbid my doctor never sees this site he will kill me if not the food.. Ha.. Ha.
