Great Board,
I saw someone posted that there was a bbq for sale in Minneapolis.
I bought it!! It will work fine for my everyday grill and smoker.
I purchased a bakery proofing oven and my fried has converted it to a propane smoker.
He did his deer in it and said it is great. hopefully I get it back.
I would like to make some other smokers soon.
I deal in industrial controls and have plenty of Temp controllers and thermocouples to work with.
Also have a plasma cutter and wirefeed welder to do any heavy work.
I cannot wait to explore this site and try some recipes.

Wish I was typing this from the Boundary Waters as we speak, but I may NEVER get my dream to go back there to come true.
