Greetings.  I've been following this site for a bit now but just decided to join the Forum.  For the past 8 years or so several family members have been gathering up after the first of the year and make home made pork sausage out of Boston Butts.  400 to 500 lbs of a mix of smoked and breakfast sausage.  Just purchased a used Butcher Boy TCA 22 grinder, but needing some parts.  I'll post a new thread specific to my questions.

It is a bunch, but it's sausage for several families for the next year. You can't buy suasage of this quality.
