Howdy, just getting in to smoking. Ive got a propane smoker. Ive done a pork butt a couple of times and have loved the way its turned out. I cant wait to try a few more things, tops of the list is gonna be either a tky or ham for nye this year. Thanks for all the great threads.

When you uploading to Photobucket I always use the Large IMG setting, 640 x 480 it is a nice size...

I would go for a ham, a precooked one that way there is no chance of undercooking, overcooking or anything else that could go wrong on an important day.

First off welcome Titus to SMF. You'll like it here cause there are abunch of good folks here that would just love to help you out with just about anything to do with smoking. We really like to have newbies here because they can bring in a new propective to how things are done. There's nothing like a new set of eyes to give and new way to make things that little differant to make things alittle better. So I hope you know about the Qview here.

Sigh....it's one of the things from WNY that I really miss. There are so many great places for pizza there.

Who would have thought that pizza could be that bad in other parts of the country? Pizza is just really bad around here....not to mention wings! Could really enjoy some from Roman Cafe...or Klimek's!
