Hello all.
Im a newby and thisis my initial post.
just pulled the trigger on a ys649 with competition cart. I am no chef. Pit master. Or competion person. I just like good foid. Think its fun to cook when i can and more importantly my family has alot of food alergies so there is not many choices out there for us other than cooking for ourselves.. even the grocery is a pain. I have been grilling and smoking on cheap and at one time hommade grills and smokers. Finaly was able too lay down for what will hopefully be a good one from yoder. I chose the pellet smoker because I fo work alot and I feel it will take some load off me durring the week if I dont need to worry about what the cooker is doing...
I look forward too sharing and learning from all.
