new years eve snacks

i.m in charge of snacks for the new years eve party, gonna make the usual abt's and pig "peppers" (pursuant to the request to not use the other word)
anyway any unusual smoked items would be appreciated

I love Pork candy (Bacon with Brown Sugar on it)
Smoked Almonds is easy and always impresses
Armadillo Eggs
Smoked deviled eggs
Little smokies wrapped in bacon

I love pig candy with a little chili or Cayenne with the brown sugar.


Moinks are good too. Moinks are meatballs with bacon wrapped around them. Smoke em then a lite coat of sauce or naked if you like.

Cubed smoked pork loin with brown sugar coated smoked pecans on top . Stick a tooth pick straight in the center and watch them leave the plate . Be sure and put you a couple back ! Takes some serious time but man they are good ...Just Sayin

No pictures of anything I have ever cooked but those are excellent . We cheat as we have plenty of pecan trees and wild young hogs. qview is NEW to me BUT I do own a nice digitail camera
