Been smoking for a few years now, started with a brinkman gourmet. Now have a mes 30 and love it but can't wait to do the mailbox mod.

Larry, glad to have you with us! A lot of our members use smokers from MES-both the 30 & the 40. Besides the mailbox mod, there is a number of other mods that can be done to make your MES 30 experience even better!

I was looking for some other mods. What are some recommendations? I also have another smoker but I'm not sure how well it will work
