Hi folks I came across this forum yesterday while surfing the net to find information about Traeger pellet smokers and figured some of you might know about them.
I am using a Texas smoker on a trailer with the fire box on the side and I use oak and cherry mixed for smoke. I like cooking with wood however I'm getting too old to be splitting the wood and watching the fire and would like to try a wood burning smoker that is eaiser to use.
Before I invest in a pellet smoker I would like some information from someone other than a sales person.
Have a wonderful day folks
