New to smoking

Hello. My name is James. This feels like a intro to an AA meeting. Haha. I just purchased my first smoker GMS Jim Bowie wifi cooker. I was a gas/charcoal guy. Started doing some research and it opened up Pandora's box. Got a killer deal on the cooker so i had to pull the trigger. Needless to say I can't wait to fire it up. Love all types of meats and fish so I'll be trying an array of stuff. I'm here to learn so any tips/tricks/stories will be much appreactive. Smokes up!!!!
