I have been coming here for several months now for pointers. Great info btw. I use my Traeger jr primarily. I also have a Brinkmann smoke n Grill. With the legs switched to outside. I live in central NC. Talk to y'all soon!

So I take it you've got many pork recipes?! Are you going to do some beef as well or?

I like to cook a little of everything, I am currently smoking 2 pounds of jalapeños and 1 lb of fresh ground pork sausage. My favorite thing from this site so far was smoked chuck roast with peppers onions and fosters beer. Or chuckles as they call it here. Take care

Ill have to look for that. I didn't have much luck with the Chuck - We prefer it in the crockpot.
