Name is Peter Meyer and this is my first intro post. I have been smoking/grilling for a number of years. I have a large brick smoker and a newer Masterbuilt w/cold smoker and have smoked lots of different foods from fowl to cheese. Some cheese is going right now. I also like open hearth cooking with indoor and outdoor cooking fireplaces and of course BBQ/grilling. I live in the northern part of the Shenandoah Valley of VA, just west of Wash.,DC. I see lots of interesting topics on this forum and hope to learn and contribute. Thanks to all.

Welcome to SMF! Would like to see some pics of your toys, sounds like you have quite an assortment. Looking forward to seeing you share your years of knowledge with us.

Thanks Gary S. and DavidHef88,

Thanks Gary for your response. Most of my internet exchanges have to do with woodworking and this is different for me. Also my thanks to Davidhe88 for his acknowledgement. And David, as soon as I figure out how to send pictures i will do it. I do have toys, many, more than I can keep up with, thanks.

Glad you joined the group. The search bar at the top of any page is your best friend.
