Hi all,

I'm a Charleston SC native that's been smoking for about 3 years now.  Not as much as I like, but maybe about 4 to 5 times a year.

I use the standard Master Forge Gas Smoker, variety of chips, various seasons, and of course Jeff's.

Most of my smokes are roasts, fatties, and chicken.

Anyway,  here I am, and thanks for all the great input of those before me. :)

Hello and welcome to the fun.  Many good folk here with a load of experience that they are more than willing to share.  If you have specific questions just start a thread and someone with experience will be along soon to offer advice.  All info you can provide us with such as smoker type, location and so on will help us answer any questions you may have.  Spend some time doing some research on the forums, tons of advice and recipes already available there.  We look forward to your contributions.  Have fun.  Good luck.  Keep Smokin!

This forum has been great to me. I only started smoking last year and every time I post or spend time on the forum, I learn something.
