Hello All,

I'm Dan from outside of Chicago. First time posting on any forum. Moved on from the traditional sidestack, charcoal/wood smoker to a new cookshack super smoker. Seasoned it yesterday and unfortunately can't get my first smoke in until next week. On the plus side I can get some good tips from you guys for my planned brisket, turkey, chicken, and ribs over the next couple months.

Maybe I'll start a new thread to ask more specific questions. Really looking forward to benefitting from everyones success and failures.

Thank you!

Glad you joined the group. The search bar at the top of any page is your best friend.
About anything you wanna know about smoking/grilling/curing/brining/cutting or slicing
and the list goes on has probably been posted. Remember to post a QVIEW of your smokes.
We are all smoke junkies here and we have to get our fix. If you have questions
Post it and you will probably get 10 replies with 11 different answers. That is
because their are so many different ways to make great Q...
Happy smoken.
David
