Live in Ohio and I have a Brinkman Electric Smoker,I've only tried a couple of things in it so far and really want some tips on how to get the most out of it.

If I do well and the wife likes it, I can probably upgrade later!

b-deep - glad you've joined us at SMF. If you're new to the lovely art of smoking (or kick as* art, whatever floats your boat), definitely sign up for Jeff's free 5-day eCourse It's definitely worth the time and will get you started off on the right foot.

Lots of stuff to be found on this site. If you can't find what you're looking for, or are in need of an answer right quick, post a thread and we'll do our best to answer as quickly as possible.
