Looking for any advice I can get to make the best food. I have a Treager pellet grill and just purchased a new Meater Plus temperature probe.

Welcome from Kentucky!

I think making the best food is somewhat subjective, so I suggest you do some reading up in the forum on a particular thing you want to cook, then asking questions if you have any.

Welcome to SMF from North Texas!
As stated, good food is subjective. I would pick out your favorite items to eat, read up on recipes on here and across the Interweb and make it your way that you, your friends and family like.
Don't be scared to put your own twist on a Recipe.
