new smoker from Indy

I'm Tommy from Indianapolis. I love grillin . My in laws got me a basic Brinkmann R2D2 smoker. I have always been intrigued by smoking but never really tried. Now I have. :) I am addicted. I hope to learn a little bit and be able to smoke anything I come across.

Thanks all. i am no newbie to forums. I will utilize faq's and the search feature. The in laws have most definitely come up with a way to invite themselves. I am ok with that. Especially if they continue to buy equipment. :)

About anything you wanna know about smoking/grilling/curing/brining/cutting or slicing
and the list goes on has probably been posted. Remember to post a QVIEW of your smokes.
We are all smoke junkies here and we have to get our fix. If you have questions
Post it and you will probably get 10 replies with 11 different answers. That is
because their are so many different ways to make great Q...
